Mob Kingdom operates Creator Stats and uses the information below to provide creator accounts, review join requests, and share approved creator reports.

Accounts and join requests

New accounts use a TikTok username and a separate MobKingdom password. The app stores the username and a salted password hash in its hosted database. Older accounts can keep their original email sign-in name until they choose a username and confirm their current app password.

Join The Mob saves the TikTok username and Discord username you enter, along with the submission time, for private owner review. Join requests are handled separately from app accounts and access to creator reports.

If TikTok sign-in is available and you choose it, the app receives your TikTok account identifier, username, display name, and avatar URL. It can save a link to your MobKingdom account. The app encrypts the authorization credentials it retains for that connection. TikTok handles your TikTok password and authorization choices.

Creator reports and approval

The network imports your Diamonds, Valid go LIVE days, and LIVE duration from TikTok Backstage, along with the report month, source check time, and source creator identifier where available.

Before sharing a report, the network owner must independently confirm that you control the claimed TikTok account and match it to the current-month report. The owner can review account and report details and revoke access. The app records the reviewed account, username, month, available source creator identifier, approving owner, and approval time. Changes to the account or source match require another review.

The signed-in dashboard checks saved figures while open. Automatic Backstage refreshes are paused. The owner imports reports manually, and the dashboard displays the saved report’s source check time. Demo figures are fictional.

Sessions and abuse prevention

App sessions use secure cookies and last up to seven days. Signing out ends this browser’s app and TikTok sessions. A saved TikTok connection remains linked for future use until it is removed separately.

To limit repeated sign-in, signup, and join attempts, the app counts attempts in 15-minute windows using hashed network addresses and hashed sign-in names or handles. Later requests clear expired address and name counters.

Retention and requests

Account and join request records remain stored for account administration and owner review. The dashboard keeps the latest imported reporting period and removes prior-period metric rows when a newer period is imported. The network’s Backstage records and other source copies are managed separately.

Self-serve password reset and account deletion are currently unavailable.
